I have an extensive experience in dealing with asylum cases and I can talk you through the entire process in detail.

It is possible that you may not qualify for asylum under the current rules, so I can advise on the best available options to obtain another right to stay in Austria.

I represent my clients at the BFA, at the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG), at the Constitutional Court (VfGH) and at the Highest Administrative Court (VwGH) in Austria. In case of emergency, I can represent you at the European Court of Human Rights, applying for an interim measure or appealing against the national decision.
